allowed.Role OverviewAssociate Partners are integral members of our
firm's leadership team, contributing to firm-building efforts while
managing 1-2 consulting engagements at a time. Engagements
typically span 3-6 months in duration and are supported by teams of
-2-4 Consultants and Analysts.Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide large-scale Epic Tapestry projects, from
implementation oversight to optimization, including configuring
claims processing, risk-based contract management, and population
health tools. Ensure that the system is aligned with the client's
business needs and healthcare goals.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices for
managed care workflows, risk contract management, claims
processing, and integration with other Epic modules (e.g., Epic
Resolute, Epic Healthy Planet). Advise senior leadership on
technology strategy and roadmap development.
- Manage a team of junior consultants, ensuring projects are
executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
standards. Provide mentorship and development opportunities for
junior staff members.
- Work closely with clients' clinical, operational, and IT teams
to gather requirements, develop detailed workflows, and configure
Epic Tapestry to meet client needs. Foster strong relationships
with key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client
leadership, providing regular updates on project progress, risks,
and key milestones. Develop trust and rapport with clients to
become a long-term strategic partner.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in existing Epic
Tapestry configurations, offering actionable recommendations to
enhance system performance, streamline workflows, and increase
system adoption across client organizations.
- Oversee the development of training materials and user
documentation. Provide training sessions for client teams to ensure
they are equipped to use Epic Tapestry effectively and
independently post-implementation.Qualifications and Desired Skills
- Prior management consulting experience is strongly
preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Information
Technology, Business, or a related field. Master's degree
preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in healthcare IT consulting,
with at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Epic
Tapestry.
- Proven experience leading and managing Epic Tapestry
implementations and optimization projects for large healthcare
systems.
- Deep understanding of managed care processes, risk-based
contracts, and population health management workflows.
- Well-regarded personal brand; a senior consultant who brings a
strong and compelling point of view.
- At least 5+ years managing others.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Superior communicator able to convey insights in a way that
motivates clients to action.Salary range: $175,000-$240,000, plus
may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range
for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are
considered in making compensation decisions including, but not
limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and
certifications, practice area, and other business and
