Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mainframe Systems Engineer Senior
Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Install, upgrade, and configure Db2 for z/OS and IBM Db2 Tools for
z/OS suite
Troubleshoot problems, open IBM cases, and document the upgrade
process
Run and maintain Db2 systems, providing support for operating
system and hardware upgrades
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience or
equivalent experience
10+ years of experience with Db2 for z/OS
Ability to install, upgrade, configure, and administer Db2 systems
and tools
Knowledge of IBM Db2 and z/OS
Experience troubleshooting issues at all levels
