Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Aid Advising Manager to
lead a team of Financial Aid Advisors and support students through
the financial aid application process.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, coach, and supervise Financial Aid Advisors while
monitoring performance metrics
Oversee the administration of financial aid programs and ensure
compliance with relevant regulations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support student
recruitment and retention goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years in a Financial Aid management position and 5
years in higher education financial aid roles
Experience with enterprise CRM systems such as Salesforce or
Microsoft Dynamics
Demonstrated ability to recommend financing options to students
Must embody high ethical standards and professionalism
