Job Description:

A company is looking for a Healthcare Analytics Product Manager in an entrepreneurial environment.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and own the enterprise SaaS product roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs
Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and validate product features using Lean Startup principles
Collaborate with the development team to define product requirements within an agile development framework


Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a product manager for enterprise SaaS services, preferably in healthcare or analytics
Strong understanding of data-driven products and experience with data science and engineering teams
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to experiment and take action
Experience applying Lean Startup and Agile methodologies to product development
Deep understanding of value-based care models and financial operations of hospital-based health systems is preferred
