Our client is a rapidly growing Food/Bev Manufacturing and Distribution Company seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Branch Development. This role oversees the management of multiple distribution centers and involves extensive travel within the NY/NJ/Penn/Baltimore region. • Minimum 7+ years of general management experience in food/bev manufacturing and distribution
• Manage 6-9 distribution centers, each with a staff of 20-40 employees
• Responsible for sales, operations, and administration in 40-50K square foot facilities
• Directly manage branch activities in collaboration with GM's, with full P&L responsibility
• Lead branch development through employee selection, training, scheduling, and coaching
